Circa 1910 Sears catalogue salesman's construction sample

Circa 1910 Sears catalogue salesman's construction sample. This is an extremely rare super unique item. I was told that this was originally a salesman's sample showing the construction quality of early Sears Roebuck kit homes. This would of been used somewhere between 1908 and 1915. The detailing showing the construction quality is quite amazing. notice the framing, the nailing, some of the trim and the ceiling and floor joists. The attention to detail is wonderful. This had sat in the basement of a home and the dampness has caused a good amount of patina as you can see in the photos. This is truly a one of a kind item.
